From our very first conversation, I was greatly impressed & encouraged by Paddy's positive attitude & willingness to accommodate me & his friendly approach.
Myself and my partner were starting a new venture with a vintage coffee van at one of Donegal's most scenic attractions & were on the trail of finding the best coffee to sell. Needless to say The Hatter Coffee came out on top, and we are so delighted with our choice.

Back in 2014 we had the mad idea to open a Mad Hatter themed Tearoom, we wanted from the start to serve great coffee, fresh food and excellent customer service.
Thankfully after 6 years we have fulfilled our dream, the Tearoom is well known for all 3 of these things, then over 3 years ago we decided to expand and we opened a Hatter Express in the next town of Ballybofey. With the emphasis on Grab and Go, thankfully this has been a success also with many customers both local and visiting enjoying the great Hatter Coffee.
Also about 3 years ago as well we decided it was time to have our coffee so working alongside our amazing roaster the Hatter Coffee Co., was born, now people all over Donegal and beyond are enjoying really good coffee.
Now you can also enjoy it at home, we hope to add even more products to our store so please keep any eye out for updates.
